Price seems high. Worth it to make an offer? What do you think is a fair offer? Also, what's up with all the rust??

I would ask for more pics of the under side. Rust is a real bitch man.
I suggest keep looking for another without rust.

That does not look too rusty. My jeep is less than a week old and I have rust on the underside. It's normal. The rust on the light bar is normal as well. Most after market brackets need to be repainted to prevent rust. I just don't know if I could justify the price and mileage vs a new one that you can build yourself.

That's not a huge amount of rust... Hell when I bought mine it had rust starting to appear on the underside already. a light sanding scuffing and spray with rustoleum will take care of that. as for the price I'd say it should be a little lower. but it's not outlandish for what it has. It is a nice looking Jeep though.

I bought my 2008 in April of 2010. It had about the same amount on it. I just took it and got it 'rust proofed' at a local shop. It looks great now.

It's a great looking rig although I think a little over priced. Obviously they are looking to make money off it as it is sitting in the show room. You hvae to remember that salesmen know there is a buyer out there who will pay the price. Then again they are always trying to make sales quotas at the end of the month!

There's still warranty on it so do it up!

Do not hesitate, buy it. There is a lot of money tied up in that Jeep. If you let it go, all the other Jeeps will be compared to it.

to be honest, i'd rather buy a new rubi for that $$.

but you can probably knock off atleast 5k from that price. and if that's the case, i would go over the car fax, look at the under carriage, and be warned that it's a used jeep with modifications that looks like it was used.

it has diff covers. that's kinda extreme, in my opinion anyway.

I did not pay that much for mine...new! Admittedly, the mods are nice, but I believe the consensus is that you do not get back in value dollar for dollar what you put in. That being said, if you want it...jump on it. I, however, would try for a lower price or scope out a new one...

Depending on when these mods were done, you already have that much less life left in them. Also, I would recommend talking with the service mgr and ask if he will really honor all that warranty? The stuff mentioned in the article seems like boilerplate they put in all their ads. Some dealers are very mod friendly and others are not. If this one is not, then this may not be a good deal. It is a nice looking JK though!

Cool

I like the upgrades it has, and it looks really good. However a couple things I would double check. One if it has new dif. covers are the 100% it still has 4.10? As for the minor rust spots starting up there. Hell you live in WI. I would require that they do an under body spray (lineX maybe ) As for the light brackets, meh pull them off and rattle can them with something from Home Depot. I was impressed that they even have AVE Wheels on there too (I've always liked those.)

To me it looks like a good deal considering all the add ons. Then again things can be totally different in person.

If I was in a position $ wise I'd buy new & mod "your" way, that way everything is the way you want it and will have at least some sort of warranty.
