Probably because it's an ATV chassis. Put a cloth top on it and I'd buy it and drive it to work.

i hate to say it, but i want one. it says street legal and what i spend in gas driving to work in my jeep i could probably get one and it would pay for itself just in the gas i would save...

If you look closely it does have two peddles, the throttle one is black and hard to see. I think it also mentioned a canvas top.

Sure enough, it does. You can just make out the corner of it over the floor mat. Good eye.

60mpg? my ass... My dad's 500cc honda atv uses almost 10L/100km (approx. 23mpg) with 4wd on at times, and my 49cc honda ruckus scooter gets about 3L/100km (80mpg).

Oh and if I was Chrysler, I would totaly sue them. It's a total ripoff of the awsome jeep hurricane concept.
