I use Eagle One wheel polish everytime I rotate my tires. I'm sure there's better aluminum polish out there, just don't know which ones are better. Since your MT's are polished and not clearcoated, you should be doing this at least 3 or 4 times a year.

Are you using a powerball or rubbing it on by hand? I have a set of Classic Locks that need polishing.

I put it on with a terrycloth sponge for now. It makes them look ok, but could be better. It'll work until I can find something better anyway. The way I see it, a little protection is better than no protection.

I may have to break down and buy the powerball and powermetal this weekend just to see if it's worth it. It's gotta be better than what I'm using now.

Got off work early today and stopped by O'Reilly to pick up a bottle of Powermetal and the Mini-powerball. The results didn't have the Wow factor, but it was definitely better than what I've done in the past. Took a couple wheels to get my process down. It seemed to work better with a little extra polish, high speed and less push-down pressure.

Here's a couple before shots

And the after shot. Even after washing the wheels, you can see how much more dirt the powerball took off. It even got rid of most of the water spots.

My rear wheels are getting real bad. I plan on taking them off to clean them. Was wondering if there was anything I could spray on them (while they are laying down) to soak for awhile before I start washing and polishing them?
