holy run-on sentence.

2000 miles is barely a break in period!

Start with periods. Ugh! Anywho, yeah thats no good... no good. I dont think it was the Jeeps fault. Maybe next time try an auto.
And good luck on the clutch Job my Nissan Sentra is still in the shop due to a douchebag mechanic.

And right before I get my Jeep.!!!!

Were the repairs on the clutch covered under warranty?

Wow that was like a Speed Racer cartoon. My 6 speed is just about to roll over the 3000 mark and seems well...knock on wood! Curious if it was covered under warranty as well. Let us know.

Unless you were really abusing it, I would say the clutch was bad from the factory. The clutch has a hydraulic slave. This will not fade when held in like the old style slave systems. We had a 94 Cherokee, bought new. It was sold with 125K miles and still had the original clutch. This was a stock Jeep and we did the hardest trails at the Red River Jeep Jamboree 2 different times. This was also my wifes Jeep. She always pulls up to a stop and just pushes the clutch in without taking the Jeep out of gear. She continues this practice today with her 2003 TJ. 50K on the TJ with no clutch problems.

I think it did come from the factory bad becouse its ficked and now it seem much tighter, so i hope it last me a bit longer this time.
