Coolant smell!

So took it into the dealer guy walks up and says smells like a water pump lol!! At the shop get it swapped out under warranty. Hopefully no more issues in the future.

Same here on my two door 14jk. I'm running no top and tube doors right now which I'm sure makes it more noticeable. Levels aren't dropping, not running hot, no obvious signs of leaks around water pump. Weird

^This. Has happened to me on numerous occasions. You get a little off camber and it comes out of the overflow tank.

Dealer said water pump was fine but it was a small leak in the radiator. So they're replacing the radiator.

Okay update new radiator and fan module. Idle temp in traffic goes up to 224 then drops. Still smell coolant but it might be residual. I'll wait a few days and see if the smell goes away.

Having the same problem right now but I found where I have a tiny leak under the radiator. Mine is not covered under warranty anymore so I am just watching it until I can get it replaced.

My cap ended up needing to be replaced. I had coolant that looked like it was spitting onto the air filter box. Also puddled in the air filter cover lip.

Replaced the cap already but may have to do it again to eliminate this as the issue for sure.
