I ordered my iPad mount on February 2nd from COP 4x4 with estimated 2-3 weeks delivery. I had emailed them two weeks before hand and no answer but orders it anyway. They gave me an user name and password for the site and now not only does it not recognize the password but when I ask to send me a new one it doesn't recognize the email I used to set it up. Ive emailed them twice since no answer..
To top it off I call the shop and the voice mail box is full and it hangs up on me. Anyone heard from these guys lately?

 

Hit them on Facebook. They are there a ton, double digit posts today. Let them know that the social media thing is supposed to drive business to their email and phones. So far it doesn't seem to be working.

 

Don't have Facebook but thanks Jpop I'll try calling earlier tomorrow I guess. At least I know there still in business and my 200+ dollars isn't floating out there somewhere

 

Tell them you want a $100,000 rig added to your ipad mount order, they'll call u back then.

Oh yeh if I said " throw a hemi in with that" I would have new BFFs.. I'd have to block their number

 

Got a call thru to cop shop .. They changed servers so a lot of website issues and crazy busy . Was cool on the phone.

 

One month and 5 days still no iPad mount.. I could have walked to Arizona and picked it up by now
