I have not had my Beautiful JK Sahara 7 days and someone scratched "F...Me" on the dust on my new plastic window THE FIRST DAY I HAD IT and today a big pebble came up off the freeway and cracked my windshield. IT HAS TO BE REPLACED!!!! Could my car be cursed somehow? I havent had a chip in a windshield much less a crack in over 10years and I dirve Interstate 15 every day!!!

What is worse is that I had hoped to get it a little dirty this weekend on my first offroad ride and now I can't because the crack is so large and growing. Its on the drivers side. I can't get it fixed til Tuesday!!

I hope this is the worst of it!

I feel for you, after washing the UX, I went shopping with my wife and got keyed in rear passenger door.

This punk did not give me a chance to put the first scratch on myself.

 

Was washing the bugs off my windshield today. Nice big chip in the windshield. :sad: I have had it only 14 days. Going to see if I can get it fixed. Damn near 40 and have never had a chip, crack etc. My brother also got chipped and then it cracked will have to be replaced. He got his after about a week.

 

Ya, 400 miles on it, oh well I'm rock crawling this weekend, will replace window later. Btw, I got a hookup and can get it for $200.00

 

I feel your pain, I've had two prior TJ's with not so much as a scratch on the windshield. Today my baby with a whole 1200 miles on her gets a nice pot shot in the windshield. Damn idiot woman in front of me was too g-damn busy talking on her cell phone and kept drifting off the road kicking up rocks. I swear I've never been so pissed off!
