back in 2002 I bought my wife a new ford supercrew f150 and I surprised here with a personalized plate I applied for and got HER FORD unfortunately when it showed up it read HERFORD and no woman wants a plate that says that lol.

LOL, that is hilarious! Is there any recourse for a situation like that? Guessing it's not something easily changed without a whole new purchase.

**i will say a lot of things are tradeoffs based on what you're used to. Cost of living here in TX is pretty damn cheap comparatively speaking......but, get used to that and all things even out.
Expensive it certainly is out here to live, but I do agree and know many people that live in TX for the lower prices in general. If I had to pay as much as you guys to get those plates there is no way I would do that. But as it stands the stock CA plate is just an eye sore, so it must be done.

Man that sucks - I hope mine comes out ok - the nightmares of getting a personalized plate!

That goes really well with the rest of the colors good choice for sure. A good plate for computer programmers no doubt Amazing pictures I'm highly jealous of the places your jeeps have been.

No recourse. they said I got the letters I wanted and they did not do spaces when there were 7 digits used.

Wow! I had no idea personalized plates were so expensive in other states! In Jersey it's 50 bucks once, keep it forever. I've only done one..
