Here's how it went.
- Placed an order for Sahara side replacement decals, and paid with a credit card.
- No notification whatsoever that they received the order.
- I check my credit card and see it has been charged for the order amount by some guy named Don, so assume based on that, my order had been received.
- 5 weeks pass, still nothing, no order confirmation....no communication, nothing.
- I send them a friendly email, "Hey just wanted to check to make sure you received my order and to check on the status to when I can expect to receive these, it's been 5 weeks since I placed my order."
- Response to my email received next day.
" I apologize for the delay. I am running behind on this batch of orders but expect to ship tomorrow."
- 5 days later receive email from Pixel
"Thank you for your order from pixeldecals.com! We wanted to let you know that your order (#XXXXX) was shipped via USPS Priority Mail today.
- 7 days later receive a pair of Sahara decals in a vanilla envelope with a piece of cardboard in the envelope to keep them from getting creased in the mail.
The only good customer service I witnessed is that it only took him a day to respond to my email.
