Default Cylinder misfire code

Got the p0302 cylinder 2 misfire code on my 2012 sport with 38k miles. Called jeep and they said #2 is the right side but bring it in since it's covered under power train.

Thinking of messing with the plugs first but it's freezing even in the garage. Left side is the one with the head issue on the 2012, correct?

#2 is the left side front cylinder, as viewed from the driver's seat.

Cylinder heads are known issue on 2012s. I had the same error and got mine swapped under warranty. Can't recall which side but it was only one side. It was all done within one day...no biggie.
