Default "D" status...what now?

so, my ordered rubi has been on "D status" as of 08 DEC...

what's next? is there a general timeline to expect or does this essentially mean nothing in the big picture?

It hasn't even been a month yet. i wasn't expecting ANY progress for a while...maybe this isn't progress...

It is hard to say; a few have gone from D back to BG. D-1 is when you can start counting the days until it finds it's way home to you... Good Luck, and a quick question? Is your order for a Unlimited or a SWB/2dr?

Default close?

My 2-door sat in D for a month. Then it went to D1 for a week. It seems to go pretty fast once you get to D1

Suggest you take a look at and subscribe to this thread. It's a very very long thread w/ tons of info. I suggest going to the latest posts and work your way back a few pages. Look for posts by Ghostship as he has some knowledge as to how the system works. Starting around Oct/Nov of this year when I ordered it. He gave some good insight to how things work and why some orders move faster than others. Be warned though, it can get a bit crazy thinking and dwelling on the order. I know I went a little screwy. If you can just put it out of your mind it won't be so bad. Calling Tuesday is your best bet for the latest status.

That is really good news for you... The unlimited's tend to take a little longer; but a lot has to do with volume of your dealer. Mine claims to have turned a
2dr around in 4 weeks for a customer. I am hoping this is a good sign; but if not, I will just wait my turn in line...

I've have not gotten past BG since July. I think I see some light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully by the end of January I'll have it. We shall see. The rep told me to call back tomorrow as the system will be updated. Strange, I thought they updated on Tuesdays. She felt that my status should change very quickly since I've been in BG for soooo long.

D1 is very very good, D is kind of iffy. Looks like it can go back from D status but I have never seen back from D1.
