Hmm I don't know but mine came in the mail today. I will fill it out after the dealer takes care of my whistle noise which they think is coming from the windshield

It would depend on the dealership and if they were concerned about being a 5 star ranked dealership or not.

It didn't work for me.

When I bought mine, I was told the bluetooth (Uconnect) was standard, floor mats were standard... what else... I was told they drove 300 miles away to get the Jeep, when the sticker said it was made for a dealer 20 miles away. The price was "slightly increased" because this model had the step rails added, and the fenders were painted... (Little did he know this model is called the SAHARA, and that's standard..)

So when the survey came, I spoke the truth.. other than the sob story from the salesman... that's about all that came out of it..

Thanks guys. I was just curious as my new JK has been in the shop for nearly the whole month that I've owned it. My salesperson has been zero help in any of my questions or scenarios even when I told him that I am calling Lemon Law and turning in the doomed JK regardless of circumstances.

Wish I had any of my other 4 TJ's still...

I probably wouldn't have been so harsh on them, had the salesman not told me at least 5x before I left with my Jeep, to check "COMPLETELY SATISFIED" for everything on the survey, don't forget! Not to mention the several times he called, to tell me the same...

The service dept on the other hand... I couldn't be more happy with them.
