After reading the latest thread about bad experiences at a dealership, I've noticed what seems to be a pattern. It seems as though most here who have had problems with their dealerships are located up north. Wondering whether this is really true or if I'm just seeing things.

Personally, my dealership (Don Davis in Arlington) has bent over backwards for me to correct recalls and any other issues I've had, plus they're always willing to work around my schedule, which is backwards from most peoples'...

Any thoughts?

 

I can name one in particular in NY. Major World.the rest on Long Island are pretty good.
