decals??

Default decals??

where do u guys put ur decals?? will it hurt the soft windows?? or is it better to just keep them on the windshield..
i dont wanna clutter it..but it looks sexi..

From what I hear it is not good to put them on the soft top windows. Something about over time if you ever wanted to take them off they would more or less be baked on there and you can't really use a scraper on the vinyl. Hope that helps ya

it should be able to come off eventually. in the boat canvas business we use strataglass, best quality clear vynil, and we put the strataglass decals in the corners, some take them off some leave them on. if the surface of your soft windows get sticky and full of residue, wipe them down with lighter fluid to get off that adhesive/buildup. also on that type of glass we use pure carnuba wax i think number 925 collonite, and it comes back wonderfully. we also use novus products...
so if you do put a decal on, the glass could bake around it, but the most of the marking would come off, coming from what i know about boat canvas+enclosures..

Wouldn't recommend them on the soft top windows. I had one on my back window on my TJ and it didn't last too long (especially since I rolled it up all the time). Then the sticker eventually peeled off, and left a nice dirty adhesive stamp on it.
