Are the front control supposed to have a curve in them, about a third of the way from the front? I just got back from two days of wheeling at Long's Ranch, near Llano, TX. I can't see how I could have bent both of them the same.

 

Yes they are supposed to have that bend. As long as they are both the same you are fine!

 

Yep they're supposed to bent for tire clearance. If you're concerned you might crawl under there and check to see if they look the same side to side. While you're at it might as well check all those pesky nuts/bolts for tightness. I've run across a few loose ones from time to time.
