I get them with all my tires. Cheap insurance on a $200 tire. My ex-wife has had two flats in her car replaced 1 repaired 1 all for nothing.

The extra cash is well worth it IMO since tires are so expensive, especially when you hit 35's and up. I would def get it

I went to discount tire with a screw in the very edge of the tread on my stock tire - Jeep had less than 2k miles on it! They sold me the certificates on all 5 tires and replaced the flat tire with a new one at no additional cost (except for the certificate). It cost less for the certificates than a new tire would have cost and I've already got another flat that they were able to patch. Also, it includes lifetime rotation and balancing.

My girlfriend got them when she bought new tires for her car (not Jeep) a few years ago. When the tires wore out after 16,XXX miles she called them since the tires should have lasted alot longer than that. The gave her a really good deal on new tires. I'm talking like 50% off or something because of the certificates.
