I ordered my new tires from dtd on sunday afternoon and came home wendsday evening to find that they had already arrived. five new 35" bfg km2's, in three days from order to delivery. i was impressed.
has anyone else received their tires this quickly?
i ordered a new hood from a different organization two weeks ago and haven't received so much as an update from them.

Yup, completely awesome service. Ordered 5 wheels, with tires. Came mounted, balanced, all lugs, with gorilla locks. I ordered while deployed to Afghanistan expecting them to take 2-3 weeks and my wife emailed me 3 days later saying they were in the garage already!

Also, she didnt realize that the lugs were taped inside the bottom tire. She had called and they sent out new ones, no questions asked. When she found them, she called them back to return the originals and they told her not to worry about it and how does she like her new tires?

Will use them again for sure.

 

When I get new shoes I will be buying from them. All I've ever heard is great things about them. Keep up the good work. Great customer service goes a long way with our hard earned money.

 

Had a similar experience where they sent me the wrong wheels. I called them and they emailed me return shipping labels. UPS picked them up and within a week I had my new wheels. They sent me a second set of lug nuts and told me to keep them when I called them to see how to ship them back.

Tried to buy my Toyo Open Country MTs from them but they said they don't carry them. They recommended I call the retail store who could order them for me. That's exactly what I did!!

To be honest, they weren't on my radar when I was shopping for wheels until I checked out the JK-Forum sponser list before I made a purchase.
Really happy i did.
