Default Do I have any options?

Hey guys, I've had my evo rails on the Jeep for quite some time now, and I had originally bedlined them. Now I'm really not liking the look of the berliner and I was wondering if I have any options as to painting it with a different type of rattle can paint. Would I have to go through the chore of sanding them down first? I doubt the paint would bond to the bedliner (rustoleum) but I'm not sure. Does anyone have ideas? Here's some pictures just to look at..

Plasti dip over top won't hold up well but super ready to touch up.

No much will stick to bed liner without removing it or roughing it up real good. Sand blasting would be the way to go and not too expensive.

^^^^This. Here in OKC we have a shop that's all they do is sandblast--he'd be done with your rock rails in ten minutes. Check around your area for a similar service.
