Yes, I believe all warranty and discretionary maintenance performed through authorized Chrysler dealerships is tracked against the VIN of your chrysler vehicle.

I know GM does this and has been very useful when purchasing a used vehicle. If you are friendly enough with a service tech or service writer, they have been able to pull the history for me in the past, blocking out customer demographic data of course, and provided me a summary of all the work performed by GM dealerships on a used vehicle.
