Oh so you have lived in NY long enough to notice, eh.

Didn't realize that it was a state law though, I just figured that was the way vehicles came stock. Fog lights with high beams on don't seem to make alot of sense. Fog lights are used for inclement weather primarily...although, I suppose with trail riding, fogs could be used with High beams.
I dunno, I only use the fogs if I really need to see what is 10' in front of me.

I am glad I know how to adjust the lights now.
I know from experience please turn your fog lights off unless its foggy. I pass someone every morning on my way to work in a 2 door steel blue jk. They always have thier fog lights on and they are very bright. Even for me up high im my JK. I can only imagine what they do to regular cars.

As far as seeing the road you don't need to the see the 20 feet in front of you. 25 MPH is 36 Feet per second. Even if you see something in the road in that 20 feet you will have less than a second to react to it? Your regular lights should be lighting up the road from 20 feet or so out. If they are not then you need to adjust them down some.

Please for everyones sake turn the fogs off......
