Default Do you keep your JK clean?

Not to criticise anyone in anyway (to each his own) but I've seen a couple of pics lately of members rides that look like they could grow fruit and veg inside the cockpit. I personally clean mine inside and outside once weekly, partly because I drive to clients in her but mainly because I love upgrading her, adding stuff to her and just generally improving her. I spend a fair bit of change and time doing this and to then use her as a mobile trash can would just totally kill the effect for me.

Don't get me wrong, off-road, the more mud the better but when I get back I'll clean every inch, inside and out until she's restored to her former glory! Or rather to be honest, I let a drive in detailer do it for me but at the end of the day the result is the same.

How about you guys and gals? To clean or not to clean, that is the question?

I try and keep the inside as clean as possible. I'll vacuum at least once a month to keep it looking nice.

After a day of wheeling I'll power wash the belly to keep from salt, dirt and mud from getting into places it shouldn't.

I wash my jeep fairly often/whenever it needs it. I have rear corners by bushwacker that are tape on. So I choose to be fairly careful with these. I keep the inside very clean. I cannot stand having a dirty inside on my car

It's the inside that bothers me, too. Here in the UK, at this time of year you're not going to keep the car clean on the outside unless you wash the beggar daily but the inside you can. If the inside of my car looks like crap then I'm just not organised and my professional week would go to hell.

I dont have one yet but i keep my current car looking like it was sitting on a showroom floor both inside and out. I wash it every two weeks and wax it every three months. Vacuum and clean the interior every two weeks also.

Ill wash mine once a week, clean the inside every other week or so. Since I bought her in march she has been clayed and waxed 6 times so far. I realize I take it to the extreme but I feel a brand new car, jeep, truck whatever should be taken care of

It makes maintenance easier, it shows that you have a little pride in your ride and I just can't stand clutter(inside) and caked on mud and grime(outside or inside).
It's ok to get dirty, but it needs to be cleaned...................I am talking about the Jeep.
