Ordered some stuff from them and it's taking forever - do they eventually deliver the goods? Seems like I recall others suffering long delays.

 

I have nothing but good to say about Quadratec. I have placed several orders from them and they have had everyone of them out the next day. I even ordered a few things for Christmas and one was out of stock, I called and asked when it would be in and he offered me a substitute item that was in stock, but cost more, for an even swap. I agreed and got it the next day. They have been awsome to me.

You can't hold them accountable for a manufacturer not having the product.

ive order just about everything with Quadratec.... LOVE it. i have never had any problems and the shipping and customer service to the best.

 

Everything for the JK is coming out really slowly. As soon as Quadratec gets it, they ship your order. It is the fault of the manufacturers of the parts. Quadratec, unlike some other vendors, will not charge your credit card until it ships though.

 

Never had a problem /w them. Manufacturers just can't keep up right now.

 

x1000 on the good service. No problems at all.

As a side note, they have tracked all of my orders since 1997. Interesting to see what comparable costs are today! (hint - didn't get any cheaper)

I won't use them ever again they drop the ball too many times for me

but do what you every company has good and bad service records and if all goes well for you then even better
