Nice if you want it for other reasons, but waste of $ if you only want it to get 1% below invoice

any experienced new vehicle buyer can get it well below invoice.. 2% below invoice is decent, but far from the best.

What is tread lightly exactly? I'm so confused I've read so many things about it but it doesn't make sense I've lots of peoples versions of it.

What is it exactly? So far I understand its like a club that promises to only go on OHV indicated areas.

It's basically an organization that encourages people to take part in out door activities without being damaging to the environment. Taking home all the trash you bring in, plus some you find along the way. Using tree protectors if you use a tree as a winch anchor point...that type of stuff.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the AAA discounts apply to factory orders. I'm a AAA member and haven't been able to pin down any discount of this type. The nice thing about the Tread Lightly discount is that you can use it on factory orders.

I do believe buying into Thread Lightly for the discount alone might not be worth it, but TL in general is a great organization that needs support. Too many people are trying to take land away from us, painting us as reckless. We all need a group such as TL to get our backs, and help keep designated ORV areas open.
