Default door allignment

See the attached picture (not my jeep). My doors (front only) do not line up with the body contour in the area in the circle-- the rest fits fine, including the entirity of the back doors. This is on both front doors. Is this just my jeep or others experiencing this

so its not flush to the body? i can't really see it in the picture its too small but you can adjust the striker. just loosen it and move it closer to the driver seat.

My Driver door is not flush at the bottom either ... gap is correct but not flush. Passenger door is perfect ...

I think it's a hinge adjustment issue .. not the striker. If you adjust just the striker then the top of the door would be in too far ...

The correct thing would be to adjust the lower front hinge ... but this would definitely mess up the factory paint so I haven't screwed around with it.

this was my thinking as well, I usually dont have the doors on during the summer anyway, so i'm not that concerned, but I wondered if it was just my jeep.

My passenger side front door is like you described. It's not bad enough for me to do anything about it, but it doesn't fit as well as the other doors. I don't see how it will cause any problems though, and so far I'm the only one to notice it.

Are the doors difficult to close? I have to SLAM mine to get them to close. This has been since day one. The dealership said they are "all that way"?

my passanger side was sticking out a little and adjusted the striker and it worked for me. i would try this first before tinkering with the hinge. my door now sits flush.

T45 torx , slight angle adjustment ( moved the bottom of the bracket in more than the top) doors now sit perfectly. Thanks to all for the advice. Btw doors close easier now.
