door handle problem

door handle problem

The exterior button on the handle has been sticking all the way in , gotta punch it to release it , anyone else having/had this problem

yes it stuck all the way end to where i could not even open the door. Took off the inside cover and release the button from the inside of giving it a good soaking of wd40. Be careful taking everything apart.
