Does anyone know the regulations in British Columbia with regards to going Doorless? I'm pretty sure it's not allowed but I was curious what the exact wording is. Also has anyone tried to fight in court?
I've been driving around Vancouver Island in the summer with my doors off for two years now and have passed a few cops without any problems yet. However my neighbour's kid got pulled over for going doorless. He wasn't given a ticket, but he does have to put his doors back on, get larger fender flares and then get inspected. Oh, and his winshield was folded down but he didn't get hassled for that.

Hi Troy
A good read from the Western Canada Forums.

I still drive doorless and have gone through a few check stops in town with no issues. They checked my kids seat belts and booster seats and were happy they were locked. I think if you don't act like an idiot you should be fine.
