Default Drives me nuts!!!

Anyone do anything to hold the tailgate open when you open it so it doesn't swing closed into you if you are parked on ANY kind of slope (driveway)?

Good idea on the ball.
Similar topic: when the hardtop is off (not soon enough).. is there a way to keep the rear window in the closed position, instead of popping up constantly, especially when attempting to move it?
