Did you do anything else to the jeep, like suspension changes?
I would check the psi of the tires many people get new tires and run way too much air in them. I would start with 28 psi and go up/down for there. You can do the "chalk test" to find the best contact patch for everyday driving.

Plus the only thing adjustable on a (stock) JK is toe. Changing tires does not change toe. Actually changing tires doesn't change anything that would necessitate any kind of alignment.

If you changed tires AND wheels (that is, you changed the offset) then you may have increased the scrub radius, which will result in a lower amount of effort required at low speeds to turn the wheel, plus other things. I can't imagine how in a JK you could sense this change considering the extreme amount of power steering boost, but if you had manual steering you'd notice.

If you did a lift along with the tires you might have made the already marginal caster angle even worse making it have a very vague on-center feel. To fix that, remove the lift or it's a bigger job with more parts that I'll let Dirtman explain.

If you adjusted toe, well then you might have more toe out (positive toe) which can cause it to be very darty and really want to change direction. You probably want like 1/8" or so total toe IN (negative toe) on a Wrangler. I know the factory specifies it in degrees but I am not in the mood to convert.

Welcome to the world of wider tires.
Tire pressure and chalk testing will help a bit.

Default 2 doors area bit more subjected

to wandering to some degree i guess. some swear by the fox 2.0 ats steering stabilizer $$$ to stop that sawing feeling some mention

having 24 settings . I have my stock ss and i dont seem to drift much . no sawing effects to speak of unless its awful windy but thats not the same. As stated above lower the pressure way down to 28 or 30 to start . Your gas mileage will drop a mile per gal maybe but should help . And rancho rs 9000
shocks helped my ride 100 % i felt every ripple in the road and washboards till those went on.
but looks like you already have aftermarket ones most likely . i still might get this ss at some point just for the heck of it . Those who have one seem to rave those who dont believe in ss will argue its cost and abilities

The reason people are guessing in their answers is because you haven't provided very much info. Do that and you'll get better answers. Even where you are may prove to be an important detail for some questions that are asked. Help those who are tying to help you by filling out your profile and location info.

I think your problem is because of your rim selection. Looks like you're running 20" wheels with 33" tires. Running with such a large wheel and so little rubber is definitely going to effect the way the road is transmitted to the vehicle.
