Default Duratracs

Does anyone have pictures of 255x75x17 or close on their jk? I'd love to see them before I invest 550 in a set I love the look of the tire just wondering if those will look good even though it's a smaller tire.

Thanks in advance

That sounds like a stock 32 inch tire no? I have 275/65/18 Duratracs and they are the same size as stock but a 1/2 inch wider. I can take pics tomorrow when it is light out if you want. I have a 09 JKU.

Yea it's the stock size I found an awesome deal on them an figured they would look way better and much more aggressive than the SR-A s I would love to see some that are close to the size

I have been looking and I think the tread width is a little narrow in that size. I am leaning towards the 265/70r17 because of the tread width.

Quote from another source...."I put a set on. The ride and noise is about the same as the stock tires. The only thing I don't like is the tread is about 1 inch narrower than the stock tires. I was thinking same size tires would have the same width tread... Other than that I love em."

Hmm well I love the look regardless, I ordered them yesterday but 550 for 5 tires I think I'll live if it seems slightly narrow lol. But thanks for the pics! As well as the input. I'll be sure to post some pictures when they are mounted next week

Sounds like you're getting a good deal. Not only that, but you're going from a passenger car tire (SR-A's) to a light truck tire with the Duratracs. Much heavier duty, if you do any off-highway stuff.

Yea I know I was very suprised I found it. I am starting to try and get into some off road stuff but living in Eastern North Carolina keeps me kinda limited unless I go west. But I have been a few times and love it! Although I still have alot to learn.

Haha just got lucky Sams club has 255x75x17 for $161 then had a promotion going on that if you bought 4 tires they take $80 off has a $25 gift card and had some money in cash back saving from grocery shopping with them out of pocket was about $550.
