Problem solved, thanks Quadratec dude! Now let's hope warehouse workers get it right.
You want me to pay the shipping to send back the wrong wheels you sent me? Are you kidding? I mean cmon now...

I've had nothing but good experiences with QT (maybe b/c I'm from PA and believe their headquarters/main warehouse is here), but that does seem a bit shady... they screwup, you pay $60-100 shipping? I think not...
I'd talk to someone else there and they should set it right...

I would definitely call them back and speak with a supervisor. If you paid with a credit card, you have options there as well - but surely you can speak with someone at Qtech who can make things right.

I have had mostly bad experiences with QT. They screwed up 5 of 6 orders and still owe me a highlift jack that I paid for and have never recieved. My suggestion is to go with northridge or alphaexpedition. Both of them will treat you right and take care of you if things aren't right.

Yea, i'm calling customer service again first thing tomorrow morning...I hung up on the last one...got kinda pissed, haha. I mean that's just bad business. I'm sure there was some mistake. I think it'll be a smoother conversation once I've cooled off a little bit, haha. I've had nothing but good experiences with QT up until this point. This was so outlandish it just blew all those good things away.
