Default Eff my life

So I got into an accident this morning around 645. About 5 minutes from the shop. Some guy pulled out and pulled a left right in front of me. I ended up rolling over his hood with my driver side at about 35mph while he was going about 10-15. I think I blacked out for a second, and when I opened my eyes, I was on my passenger side. The other guy was already out and checking on me. I'm 99% my rig is totaled. Extensive frame damage, front axle bent, roll cage destroyed, snorkel gone, drivetrain broke, and a whole bunch of other shit.

I'm honestly still in shock. Replaying the entire thing in my head constantly all day. But everytime I think about it, I just get SO sad knowing my Jeep is gone. Just a reminder to cherish what you have. At least no one was hurt, and thank the Jeep gods that no one was sitting shotgun.

Once I figure out how to upload pictures via my phone, I will post pictures asap.

Not eff your life brother. Thankfully you are ok. Insurance will come through. You live to drive another day. Take it easy and get some rest.

Wow glad you're ok that really sucks!!! I always worry about that since my insurance company says no mods allowed .... Yeah right 25k later in mods...... I'd get next to nothing from insurance or just nothing. Hope you get back in one soon and can salvage some stuff off your jeep.... By the way no such thing as jeep gods ...... Just one God the Lord Jesus Christ and Saviour

Good that you are okay. I work for a large insurance company handling only the worst, so I am very experienced in claims if you need help. Just PM with any questions.

Yes, your vehicle is a total loss. Sorry. The transmission housing is cracked, frame twisted, and the right A pillar is gone, just to name a few. From looks of it, hopefully the other party has good liability limits. You might not need to worry about going through your own insurance.

As for mods, I purchased an endorsement to cover the extra $35k in value (actually spent $50k ) so I have piece of mind.

hmm...is there a way i can go back to the yard, and pull parts off? i'm talking with my lawyer in a bit here, gonna find out what i can do.

I might ask you questions soon. I have two other friends one's a lawyer, one is a paralegal. So i'm getting as much info as i can, from as many people as i can. i'll be back with more info later.

and btw, sorry if i offended anyone with my "FML" post. I realized that it was insensitive. other people may have lost more than I have, and I made it all dramatic about it being the end of my life. anyways, my bad guys.

Glad your okay bumps and bruises heal. Like someone else mentioned you live another day to drive. As far as your rig goes insurance should be able to take care of you. And you can always go the legal route to get $$ for the mods that you had on your rig.
