Default Electronics harness when taking doors off problem

Yesterday I wanted to mess with my Jeep and being that I didn't have any mods to make, I decided just to pull the doors off for the first time. Then I was going to put them back on...you know, just because I needed bonding time with my Jeep.

Anyway, I never got it done. I tried to unhook the harness for the power windows and locks and couldn't get the thing to budge. Is there a trick to making this happen?

There is a small tab in the middle of the two, push that in and then wiggle them apart.

There is also a locking tab "RED" that needs to be pushed over befor you try the previous step.

When you push the "red" tab I think one is towards the fire wall and the other towards the back of the jeep.
