Engine Mount vs Under the Passenger Seat:ARB Twin Air Compressor
So I purchased the ARB Twin Air Compressor and I now need to buy the mounting bracket for either engine mount or under the passenger seat. I'd like to hear which is more efficient. I'm leaning towards under the passenger seat as it's unused space but it looks like a PITA. Since I may (trying to find videos online) have to ask help, I am trying to see which install is the easiest so let's hear it.
The underseat one would be easier to do imo. Assuming you want your air chuck to be inside in the foot well or in the trunk it is less airline to try and run through the fire wall.
For the under seat one it is just a matter of taking off the seat, put spacer in there and mount. You are also not sucking in the hot air of the engine and the compressor is exposed to less elements so it should last you longer.

Wouldn't it be LOUD? I guess it wouldn't click on but for a minute to create enough pressure for lockers, even less if you had a tank and you'd be out of the Jeep when filling tires. My wife normally is tired by the end of the day and napping while I fill up the tires, don't think she would like a compressor under her seat.
Also, don't forget it's a lot lower if you play in the water.
