I Have been reading so much negative customer service threads I though I would post a good experience. Well before I started dealing with Eric from Off-road Elements which is a great guy and company I purchased some items through Quadratec, specifically a Bumper Bull Bar so I had a place to hang my off-road lights. Well around December I notice some rusting I contacted Quadratec site unseen they issued a pick up slip and sent out a new one, well less than 3 months later the replacement is rusting I contacted them they looked up the order at first couldn't fine my return ( oh boy ) I thought it was going to be an issue but the CSR located the tracking number found the return and offered to send out another pick up slip and issue me a full refund.......wow I was impressed no argument no fight. I told them to send me a pick up slip issue me a store credit because service that that I will purchase from them again... Thank you Off-road Elements and Quadratec for providing the customer service that goes above and beyond to help the Jeep community !!!!!!!
