Default Exhaust Leak/Issue

I cannot keep my exhaust tight at the flanges (under the front seats)
I've done everything but put in longer bolts and double nut them.
Anyone else having this issue? I travel lots of rough roads. Just trying to figure out a fix cause this is getting old.

10 Lb test fishing line doubled up, run it through the nut then tighten it up, yes it will smell funky for a few days, but the line will not completely burn away thus making it a lock nut..
