I recently purchased the Or-Fab tire carrier from Northridge4x4. When it arrived, it had some issues with the powder coating finish. Both Yates and Steve Rezek with Or-Fab and David at Northridge quickly went to work replacing the carrier. Steve even went the extra mile and called me about the problems. The replacement was shipped quickly and was perfect.

Be sure to consider both Northridge and Or-Fab when spending your hard earned money...they will go the extra mile for you if necessary.

as for David over @ Northridge, second to none. i have made several orders and have had zero issue but if i had i am sure he woiuld ba all over it

OR-Fab, i have no bought any of their products but now knowing they have great customer service is a big + in my book, thanks for sharing

 

i cant find the or-fab tire carrier on the northridge website.. !!! i am planning on getting it and like his no shipping stuff but i cant find it on the website to order it. did yall just call him or what?

I will tell you that I recently had the opportunity to visit Performance Aceesories/ OR-FAB/ Trailmaster and can tell you that every single person I met was very professional. I had the opportunity to take a tour of the facilities and was impressed ( even got to meet the gentleman who made my tire carrier). Now as far as Dave goes , most of us know what it is like to deal with Northridge......
