Nothing. It's been an issue for quite a while and since the fixes for the death wobble vary greatly, there's no one part to redesign and replace. It would seem a total redesigning of the front end would be in order.
I would say they push towards modifications and excessive wear related to the off road use. Or "its jeep thing" argument.
I've talked to a few folks that claimed it stopped when swapping out with aftermarket suspension systems. Could have to do with sturdier parts and joints.

I dunno about anyone else, but I always thought the steering system, even on newer Jeeps, had too much loosness or "play" in it. Couple that with a stock stab-link that was prone to failure and it wasn't surprising to me that the dealerships I worked at saw a lot of vehicles come in with wobble complaints.
I haven't worked on new cars in quite a few years, so I don't know if anything has changed, but I'm guessing not.
