First Jeep, first post.
We have a Lithia DC dealer here in Great Falls, MT. We leased my wifes Grand Cherokee from them and there's a few things about the dealer's sales tactics that I really didn't like. For one, they mark up all their vehicles over MSRP, then show a "discount" for the amount back to MSRP when you're working the paperwork. To the unintelligent, this probably looks like they're getting a sprout and they jump all over it. Kinda dirty if you ask me.
Their service dept however is second to none. I've never had a better relationship with any service dept on any brand of vehicle. So, it's a win/lose sort of thing with this particular Lithia dealer.
From what I've seen, Lithia tends to have dealerships in areas that are fairly remote where customers have to either deal with them or drive hundreds of miles. This allows them to do things their own way. Just an observation.

I got it! I got the Unlimited X from Lithia, as Gene's up in Fairbanks had a dealer markup of $2-3k. We ordered the hard top separately for $1600 (I'm sure that could have been cheaper). All is said and done, and I'm totally stoked. This Jeep rox my sox. Anyone in Alaska wanna go wheelin!?
