I have a flag on my back window. What's the protocol for putting a flag on the back window, and not the sides? Yay, or nay?

The USA flag should always have the position of honor, the left. If you are facing the front of the vehicle the left is the passenger side of the vehicle.

If the U.S. Flag is flown alone, it must be displayed in the center, or at the rider’s right side.
