Took the doors off for the second time and BAM the door swung open and dented my jeep with the mirror. I just got very excited and totally forgot about it.
I was real careful not to do this the first time I took them off because I saw this happen to people on here even before I got my Jeep.
FML!

Check out the little mirror I put over the dent. It was about $6 at AutoZone and sticks on with 3M. Covers the dent perfectly and I am legal for $6

 

Haha. It happens to the best of us. Luckily...ive added rr hinge covers and now when the door opens and the strap is off it still can't get there

 

It's like a badge saying yea I go without doors!

 

Bummer. My windshield lights stop my door before it hits the body. It's not a jeep until it's got scars. Have fun with it

 

Ha ha I am with the yeti! Those who have it wear it as a badge. I have had mine for almost three years and don't think I will ever get rid of them. And I say them because I was dumb enough to have it happen to both sides.
I like your mirror fix though. Keeps you legal and looks good!

Same thing happened to me this weekend when I put the tube doors on...lost track of the passenger side door when I was taking it off and then DOH---oh well
