HAd the perfect weather, clear, warm, and great moonlight... stars everywhere...top off... and driving out on a back road . Hadn't done that since I was a kid in my Dad's renegade. I think I have a new favorite thing about my jeep!

I've had the top off a lot over the past year... just had't been out away from town at night. It was cool!

The stars look totally different when you're on a back country road looking at 'em from you JK. Something I'm glad to see gives others enjoyment as it does for me

Once it cools off some I'll be topless again for a couple months. It's nice riding at night. We're still about 90* at night here, so it's a bit warm (it's warm when you are melting hot all day)

Reminds me of years past when I lived in Denver Colorado, we used to go camping at my scoutmasters Cabin up in Leadville Colorado. (which is the highest city altitudewise in the US at an altitude of 10,430 feet)

Anyways, we'd be out on a cold winter night sitting around the campfire telling stories and whatnot...then when it would finally get dark dark DARK (and on a night with no moon) you could look up and see something like this:

Or This:

I remember the first time I saw this...it knocked the wind out of me. I was all of 11 or 12 years old. Truly a gift from God.
