Limited Edition vehicles are generally a marketing ploy more than anything else. It's always about $$$ in the end, unless a % of the $ from these sales goes to support POWs or injured soldiers back home, then they are in no way supporting the troops. If they ACTUALLY are supporting the troops then that's cool, but it seems like Jeeps has had multiple "editions" of the JK, all of which are just a marketing ploy to sell more of the brand than anything else.
