The screws on the sound bar of my freedom top are out of place how can I fix them?

 

That is phrased a bit confusing, but I think what you are getting at is the holes in the speaker sound bar are not lining up with the rollbar cossbar, preventing you from inserting the screws and tightening the freedom panels down. Got a picture? Is the sound bar in the jeep the original (ie. hasn't been replaced with unit from a different year)?
