with an air raid CAI about 17 on the street.
nearly 22-25 on the highway.
How hard you really punch the accel makes a difference. My full tank is giving me about 330miles I do more street than hwy. 75% street, 25% hwy.

Buy the CAI. I personally like the Air Raid. Its upto you.
It helped!!!!! I highly recommend it. + mileage and +power and a great sound. I had mine on within 5oo miles of owning the JK
