I got the half doors with plastic windows and I am not too fond of them. Does anyone know where I could get full doors for relatively cheap? I do have the JKU so I know it's not going to be cheap but it's worth a shot.

 

I'm sure you can swap a forum member as the half doors are a rare find.

 

Ok cool. Yea I have seen a ton of full door JKs but you don't see the half doors that often. Anyone want to trade? Stone whir and the plastic is perfect.

I would personally imagine that half doors have a lower supply and a higher demand, and might possibly be more valuable (to the right buyer) than full doors.

I remember reading a few years back about a forum member who went out of his way to order each and every part needed from the dealer's part department to make his own doors

 

I am in Gulfport, MS. I would gladly throw cash in for the full doors. I would like to do all 4 but if I have to do just the front I will. From what I am looking at the half doors are mildly rare on the 07+ models. I am even willing to drive a good ways to meet half way.

 

Exactly. Every dealership I have looked at and every 4 door I have seen on the road here has full doors. I just don't want them because with the soft top they are kinda loud and I have a 3 and 5 year old and it's hard to hear them. They are really nice to have, I was just riding around today with them off and the top down. But I am willing to forego that for the less mouse at freeway speeds.

 

you should be able to trade your half doors for full doors and make some money no problem... usually the half doors are in big demand.. someone will probably pay YOU to trade
