That's a 1966 Jeep tub on >10 year old frame with a crate motor. That's not something that can be produced and sold by an automotive manufacturer. No use complaining about it. It's just a fully custom vehicle. You like it? Build one like it. It can be done. In fact I have heard of a lot of people putting old CJ tubs on YJ and TJ frames.

A manufacturer has to build something that at a very minimum meets all kinds of regulations that this one wouldn't come close to meeting, and then they have to make something that's marketable to more than just a tiny number of enthusiasts unless those enthusiasts are willing to pay an incredibly high price (for this, would be way into 6-figure range).
