Default Full Traction Customer Service !!(Resolved)

So I install my Ultimate lift this spring. I have the bent/bowed front springs. I call FT and speak to Patrick. He states that they had some bad ones and would send out new coils. They charge my credit card $215.80 on May 11 2008 for the new springs. I send back the bad ones a couple of weeks later. I check my credit card after a week and no credit. I have called 3 times and have been told it was going to happen that day. Just got off the phone again. Same story. I am very frustrated to say the least. It is a great lift but I at least feel I deserve a credit for the defective product that I returned!

Where did you buy your lift from? Directly from Full Traction or from a Vendor like Northridge4x4?

I would never let a company charge my card again for defective products and then have to wait for them to credit me for the returned ones. To me that's PISS POOR customer serveice especially when they know about the problem. Did they make you pay for shipping of the defective products back as well?

Hope they straighten it out soon for you.....

I bought it from 4 wheel parts. Never had a problem with them. They arent the one that had the defective spring. I went straight to FT,

Yes I paid shipping. Both ways. So far. Doesnt seem right to me also.

This is odd, usually they take your credit card number and say that it will be charge if you don't return the defective product. Give them a call again and if it is not resolved to your satisfaction call the credit card company.

I have spoke to Patrick every time. Very helpful at first. Now I feel like Im getting the run around. He did say he sent an email to the owner (call before last). Dont understand why he needed to get involved. Still didn'ttake care of it though.

He is pretty active on the site here- send him a PM and let him know your frustration. https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/members/patrick-%40-full-traction-13759/

Like I said- It was probably just an oversight.
...And I imagine they are swamped too thus why they haven't resolved the problem.

Dodo happens. He IS a regular poster here and seems like a stand up guy.....BUT he IS human. As such, he might be prone to a mistake or two. Give him a chance before you publicly slam him.
