Just a general FYI. I just purchased a 2013 JKU Rubicon at almost 3% under factory dealer invoice, and I didn't even use the "tread lightly" option so I saved the membership fee to boot.

These dealers are hungry. The salesman admitted to me that this is the end of their month, year etc. They have quotas to meet and will do stuff to make it happen.

Thanks and yes, I built that cabin a few years ago. No power, no plumbing just the great outdoors and a wood stove. Keep the entry road just rough enough to keep the non jeeps out.
