Has any one changed their gears in a newer JK? I'm trying to figure out what to change to I have a 2013 JK was thinking about putting 4.88 or 5.13 in it but this is my every day driver and I do take long trips with the JK and I do have 35's on it. can any one help me out on this issue?

 

I changed my 13 to 4.56 so could do 35's or 37's.

I think the RPM is too high on the highway with the 35's at 75. Running about 2900.

I am switching to 37's, since I sold my 35's so fast and hope to be down to 2500-2600 with them.

But, I will tell you it is a blast to drive from a dead stop to out on the trail it is awesome with the 35's.

I am glad I didn't do 5.13's but the 4.88 wouldn't have made a big difference in RPM < 200.
