So my brother is trying to join the jk family, and he found someone with an 09 2 door with only 20k miles on it who it trade my brother for his 04 Lincoln navigator. The navi is only worth maybe 8k. So my question is are there any notable defects with the 09's that he should know about?

He should jump on that deal. The 09 6 speed is pretty solid.

 

Thats a smokin deal, I bought my 9 x 6speed 2 years ago for 14k and that was a good deal, still books for 17k.
